Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions made through the missdiamante.co.uk website. Please read through them carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference.

Amendments
1. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Delivery
2. All of our orders are sent using Royal Mail. Dispatch is normally within 2-3 days for stock items and 7-10 days for personalised items.We make every effort to dispatch goods within this time. However, delays are occasionally inevitable so please allow up to 28 days. For international delivery  goods usually arrive within 15 working days but please allow up to 28 days. We do not take responsibilty for any additional charges e.g customs fees, handling fees. Delays are usually outside our control e.g. manufacturer cannot supply etc. but we will do our very best.
If your item hasnt arrived within 15 working days, after postage date, it is considered 'Lost'.  Please contact us for further information.

Packing and postage charges as follows:

UK  -                             £3.50 up to £150 and free next day delivery for orders over £150.
Europe -                        £5.00 standard charge for all orders.
Rest of the World  -              £7.50 standard charge for all orders.

Pricing and Payment

3. Prices of products are subject to change without notice. The price payable by you is the price of the product as advertised on our website at the time of you placing your order.
4. All of our online transactions are fully secured through Paypal or Google checkout. Your payment details are not stored on our system and we keep no record of your credit card details.
5. Your credit card payment is authorized and payment is taken at the point you purchase an order from us.

All our prices are in GBP (British Pounds). Your payment card will be debited in GBP

Availability
6. All products are subject to availability, while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw any product(s) from sale without incurring any liability.
7. Should any product(s) you order be out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you by email suggesting an alternative product or allowing you to cancel your order should you wish. If we do not hear otherwise, we will send out your product(s) when back in stock.
 
Privacy Policy
8. All marketing email correspondence will contain a link to allow you to unsubscribe from future mailings.
9. Any information you enter into our website will only ever be used by us and our secure payment companys for the purpose of fulfilling your order or to send you relevant marketing information should you subscribe to it. Please rest assured that we do not store any financial information and we will never sell your information to any third party.

10. We have made every endeavor to ensure the accuracy of all information contained on this website. We accept no liability for any inaccuracies.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
11. Items need to be returned within 7 days of receipt and arrive back with us in perfect/saleable condition in their original packaging.
12. Before returning any item; Please login to your account and click on "Completed Orders". You will see the list of your completed orders. Please choose the order including the item you would like to return and click on "Return Request"and fill in the form. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with our return address when your return request has been authorized.You can return items for a refund,store credit or for a replacement.
13. Refunds or cancellations are not available on personalised items.
14. There is a 10% restocking fee for orders that are no longer required or incorrect items ordered. Postage fee is not refundable.
15. Diamante Transfers are the responsibility of the buyer, we cannot be held responsible if the buyer has problems using them.  All transfers have been tried and tested on site.

Exchanges
17. We try to keep our prices as cheap as possible, therefore our profit margins are very small, so we have to charge for redelivery on exchanged items.

Samples
18. Unfortunately we don't offer samples.
19. Please could you refrain from buying items which you are intending to return once you have chosen the items you want.  Items being returned could be refused refunds for this reason.  Please email before any returns are made.
